As a Mindset Coach I help women in high pressure roles feeling overwhelmed by life comeback from burnout, overcome anxiety, and release mindset blocks to live more fulfilled lives. I'll show you ways to naturally manage daily stress, navigate a healthy work-life balance, and help you to build the confidence and self-belief to create the life and/or career you have always wanted!

I love seeing my clients go from feeling stressed out and burnt out to getting their lives back on track to thriving. There is a mindset shift that happens that is so incredible when you release your fears and limiting beliefs - you start to see that anything and everything is possible for you! Your life is actually limitless, and that is what I love the most.

After hitting my own rock bottom with stress, anxiety, overwhelm from juggling "it all" - motherhood, relationships and from being at a cross road in my career/business I tried many avenues to help me come back from emotional burnout. Mindset Coaching was so transformational for me I decided I wanted to pay this gift forward to help other women in their struggles.

My number one value is integrity and I pride myself on being authentic. I have empathy for where you are right now because I have been there too. Our stories, backgrounds and careers may be different, but you'll find that the similarities in the way our mind works, and how the past has defined us as women is really profound. I believe that you have everything within you to succeed in whatever it is that you desire, my role is to guide you to discover the key to unlocking your mindset and creating unwaivering self-belief.

Anxiety - living your life in a constant state of worry and overthinking about the unknown and uncertainty of life and work. ​That 5am wake up thinking about all the things you have to do, all the things you've said or unsaid. Or spending your day exhausting yourself analyzing, controlling, planning. It's that clench in your stomach, a tightness in your chest as your mind ticks over worrying about every possible thing... going wrong.

Fear is what fuels our anxiety. If you are ready to release the fear and learn how to live more in the present moment, in this 3 week program we will:

1. Identify the root cause, or event, that has programmed your anxiety and release it from your past with Time Line Therapy
2. Understand negative emotions and what triggers your anxiety
3. Learn the NLP Anxiety Release Technique, a tool to use for future events that may have made you feel anxious
4. Tasking in between sessions to help you detox stress and anxiety from your life!
