What do you love most about your job?
The "aha moment."
Having this moment, kind of a breakthrough moment when a client goes, "aha" or whatever expression that gives me the impression that "light bulb" has been turned on and we both work together and set up achievable goals. Later on, smashing those goals and I can see the clients smile at the end of it all, is what I love about the job. People allow me to journey with them, to occupy their "intimate" space where they can freely share their fears, joys, challenges of life is quite honoring and a privilege I DO NOT take for granted.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At age 24, I was already a director and shareholder of a quarter of a million-dollar company. I ran a few businesses back in Zambia before giving it all up to follow my calling, which is to help people find their way in life. My calling is to Pastor, Coach, and Counsel people and have been doing just that for the past nine years. Lived in Malawi, UK, Denmark, and now Sydney, Australia. Having traveled in lived in different countries, has enriched me with the knowledge that has helped and still helping me understand people. I understand diversity and have worked with people from all walks of life. I have a social work background and have worked in communities teaching English to illiterate women in Zambia as well as coming up with income-generating projects and business for the communities and the Zambian government. And now, with my 3 years of pastoral leadership studies and my 2years of Coaching as well as Masters of Counselling, it was time to venture into my calling.

I am currently offering online (Zoom, facetime, and WhatsApp) and telephone services due to current restrictions, however, when I start to do face-to-face sessions, I will inform you and give you the location.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
These are challenging times and to protect my clients as while as myself, I have gone 100% online. I am using Zoom to work with my clients and will return to do face-to-face next year.

I have a specific eye for recognizing talents or strengths in individuals and what I do for companies and organizations is help bring the gold out of their team members. I help team members recognize and utilize their own strengths (talents) and abilities on teams for the benefit of the collective goal.
I work with leaders individually helping them with personal leadership skills and help them with their psychological needs. Help them understand themselves better so as to lead more effectively and more attuned to the individual and collective needs of teams.
One-on-One Leadership and Life Coaching
I help leaders discover their natural abilities. Together, we discover qualities they possess that will help them become better leaders who operate from their natural-born state. That way, they feel better waking up in the morning to go to work as work because more enjoyable.
I also offer coaching to anyone who wants a change in their life or just "self-discovery"
