I am a Melbourne based psychologist with over 10 years experience. I have a passion for supporting and empowering people to recognise their strengths, develop greater self awareness and capacity for coping with the challenges life can throw at us.
Throughout my career I have been fortunate to support clients through a variety of experiences including depression, anxiety, stress, pre/post natal issues and adjustments, life transitions, work place issues and relationships.
