We love seeing investors achieve their financial freedom through property investment. We are also extremely passionate about property - from design to investment returns to appropriate maintenance...pretty all things property.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Simply we saw a need to improve property management - fees were too high and the quality of service provided was too low. We aim to remedy this through our low fee and high quality service.

The Home Co. Property Management can manage your investment property for a flat monthly fee of only $88 per month. We collect rent, inspect the property quarterly, coordinate repairs and maintenance, handle all tenant correspondence, distribute rental income to owners weekly, process property related expenses and provide month financial summaries of your property.
