Had a delicious breakfast this morning at The Good Egg.. We were looking for somewhere to celebrate mine and my mums birthdays so thought we would try this place out and it definitely didn’t disappoint! First time we came here, we had coffee, soup of the day and cauliflower salad. They were delicious!
This second visit, we were welcomed with a big smile, warm friendly greeting from the front house girl - very lovely.
We had coffee (obviously!!) and scallops on pork belly. OMG, it’s so yummy!
The pork belly was crispy yet tender, scallops were cook to perfection, and the sauce - oooh, to die for. It reminds me of my Indonesian dish.
On the side note, coffee could have been hotter since we asked for “extra hot” … but,
We will surely comeback again, it worthed the drive all the way from Bunbury to Busselton.

I frequent the ‘little egg’ often and thought it was time to try the ‘good egg’… What a great good egg it is! Best food, great sizes, great staff!
You’ve just become my new fav place and the little egg of course! Thanks a million guys!
Returned to the good with my family who came down from Perth to visit.. long week, you’s absolutely smashed it! Meal was amazing as usual and all food out so quickly to all 9 of us!
And… Purchased the hoody! So comfy and warm!

Great cafe for breakfast. Generous serves, friendly service and good coffee. Family loved it. Highlights were the French Toast with berries and the orange not-too-sweet-syrup and the pork belly bowl.
