I am super excited for The Functional Dojo opens on the 1st of May 2021 ‼️‼️ Every step taken so far Carissa Holland and her business partner Able have put a new and exciting spin on the gym norm. I know the Gym will reflect Carissa and Abels positive, professional, encouraging and unique out look on how to hone your performance. What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the industry for 10 years... but there is nothing like being able to help people achieve their dreams and work together in such an amazing environment.

Yes, we do online training for those who live a bit further away.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are very covid-friendly. You will not find a cleaner gym than ours. We have multiple wiping stations, hand sanitising stations, and we go above and beyond to make sure our gym is as clean as possible.
