I'm Emma, Founder & Head Counsellor of The Flawed Journey. I see therapy as an acceptance for change and self improvement. My approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Person Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe in going beneath the surface of the presenting issue and then provide assistance with locating and treating the root problem.
