One of the things I love about the The Evolved is their holistic approach to fitness. All the coaches are masters of their craft and genuinely care about the wellbeing of their clients. The Evolved has an excellent community of women and when I first joined the small group training, I was blown away with how friendly and supportive everyone was. Dylan and Jess have cultivated a fantastic gym culture and I highly recommend that if you are reading this review and looking for a refreshing approach to your health – get in contact with The Evolved, you won’t be disappointed :) More...

I can say without hesitation that The Evolved Personal Training is the best gym in Brisbane. It isn't just a 45-60 minute workout, it is the whole deal. The coaches are experienced beyond just your every day PT, constantly educating themselves to help educate you. You are supported in so many ways from referrals to help you with food, learning how to utilise MFP, improving your lifts, goal setting down to things like how to best take your progress photos - the list goes on! By going through a thorough analysis of our clients goals, current lifestyles and abilities, we are able to create programs to specifically target these issues. We coach only women so it is a safe space for women to feel their strongest!

We also do not have scales or mirrors, so that our women recieve the best coaching in an environment that is focused on their physical acheivements!

We know that accountability, stress and psychology are the biggest external factors that impact our women, so we host regular webinars and check in with each woman outside the gym on a weekly basis, regardless if they are a private or a semi-private client

Consistency is always the key, however it is one of the hardest things to achieve. We encourage our women to create consistency in the habits and actions that will benefit them not just now, but throughout the rest of their lives.

We coach women with a goal of helping them not just DO but LEARN.

We also train them to their capacity! So pushing them when we know they're able to and ensure that they are also paying attention to their recovery outside the gym.

I was sick and tired of women not training because they were left feeling intimidated or unsure of what to do. Strength training has been proving to be THE MOST important type of training throughout a women's life. Especially through their menopausal and post-menopausal years.

We are excellent coaches that don't just leave the gym and stop working, but rather continuously educate ourselves on the best practices and new ways of helping our women become healthier, stronger and more confident!

Yes! We have an all female online community who LOVE our services.

We have ensured there are more cleaning stations. Enforce cleaning practices for all members and hired new cleaners, whilst also ensuring to keep to the regulations the government advises.

Services

Our Personal training packages are for women who have specific goals and want some individual attention to make their goals a reality.

By taking on a personal training package with us, you’re guaranteeing yourself a result.

Personal Training packages include:

1:1 Training Session
Personalised Training Program
Custom Meal Plans (if needed)
Regular Accountability Check Ins

Our Semi-Private Training Sessions are small group training sessions held in our facility 5 x a day.

They run at 5:30am/6:30am/9:00am/5:00pm and 6:00pm.

The semi-private sessions are run through a program that changes only every 4 week, much like a personal training program.

The groups focus on strength training, conditioning and mobility, as well as improving imbalance and painful joints.
