To say this place is fantastic would not be doing it justice. Everything about the place is awesome. The atmosphere is inviting and everybody very friendly, the training works for everybody regardless of age and ability.

Great atmosphere, diverse group sessions and coaches who genuinely care and want to help people progress on their health/strength journeys 🙂 Definitely recommend to people that are not sure where to start and need some support, TBC is where you need to go!!!

I lost 90kg myself through learning the basics of understanding the food I was fuelling my body with and learning better technique and training protocols to prevent injury and train long term. Now I get to pass on my success to others through teaching people how to find their own better.

I keep it simple, I'm fun and I love seeing our clients get results every single week.

Yes we offer full online coaching as well.
This includes individualised training plans for both equipment or no equipment circumstances.
Full nutrition coaching as well.

Full sanitation and hygiene upgrades of our facilities. Keeping our Class sizes from 8-16 people to ensure we know who's in the club at all times.
