What inspired you to start your own business?
I lost 90kg myself through learning the basics of understanding the food I was fuelling my body with and learning better technique and training protocols to prevent injury and train long term. Now I get to pass on my success to others through teaching people how to find their own better.

Full sanitation and hygiene upgrades of our facilities. Keeping our Class sizes from 8-16 people to ensure we know who's in the club at all times.
