Don't engage Damien.
He doesn't answer his phone, or return emaisl.
I join the list of people Damien has taken money from and disappeared. I've had delays and coasts associated due to his unprofessional manner
I've had to engage another engineer to redo the work already done. He needs to be reported to the VBA.

Stay away from this person. He will take your money and ghost you. Refer to google reviews.

Avoid at all costs!! Damien ghosted us a very critical stage of our build when we needed him the most. We never heard from him again and had to find a new engineer. He was uncontactable. And he was always late and tricky the whole time we worked with him. He cost us time, money and took a huge toll on our mental health. Our new engineer found fault in his work and I have now spoken to quite a few other clients who have had similar experiences. Our new engineer has also repaired other jobs from Damien. More...

Q&As

The freedom to be independently creative in my work and drive the business in a way that matches my personality without over-engineering. Many clients have become return customers on this basis alone.

The need to become independent and expressive under my own terms, whilst being able to make an important contribution to the building community with a diverse range of services.

We care about the practicality and cost-effectiveness of our designs. This, combined with our approachable and welcoming personality has proven to be foundational with our long-standing client relationships.

Online / Remote Engineering services can be provided where detailed forensic field investigation is not necessary, which is usually only the case where salvaging an existing structure is considered necessary (or an emergency structural failure has occurred). In many instances, provision of engineering documents for new-builds, renovations and extensions can be undertaken purely via desktop services.

Our online presence has increased in order to mitigate direct contact with people we liaise with. Protective measures such as hand sanitisation, travel logs, and social distancing are adopted should site visits become necessary. Where possible, we request photo and video be provided online as an alternative to visiting the site directly.

Services

Engineering inspections, design and documentation for new-builds, renovations, extensions and floor additions.

Engineering design for brownfield and greenfield land development sites including roads, stormwater drainage, bulk earthworks, sewer and water reticulation.

Management of consultants and subconsultants to simplify the delivery of your next project, including architectural engagement for planning and design purposes.
