Yesterday I attended the Reiki 1 course held by Team Universe. What an amazing experience to be able to learn from such professional and wonderful duo. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to learn Reiki to attend the course with Team Universe. You won’t be disappointed. The classes are of a small size, so that one on one teaching, can be done. This allowed for each of us who attended to ask questions freely and to learn at our own pace. It was such an awesome experience to see how quickly some of the attendees, once attuned, picked up and worked with Reiki energy. I can’t wait till the second degree. Today, I had the honour of participating in the very first Team Universe Reiki One Course. Knowing Holly & Chel, I knew I was in for more than just your average class. And boy was I right!!! Besides them both being fantastic teachers, delivering clear information confidently and making the entire day enjoyable.... they also provided an experience that will never be forgotten. From a super positive, physical reaction to the attunement, to gently supporting me through my first reiki healing delivery which was so intense and emotional for both the receiver and myself. I did not expect myself to be effortlessly doing reiki on another person by the end of the day with a deep connection and confidence. I had a life changing experience with Holly & Chel yesterday, I had my first ever duo Reiki session, I let go of pain and energy in my body and energetic feild that have been holding me back for most of my life. Energetic cords were cut, I was able to feel the pain and release it and I arrived back to love, peace and joy. If you are looking for genuine healers who are highly intuitive and make you feel at home while bringing you home. I highly recommend Team Universe. It is the most relaxing, grounding experience. I felt safe and held at all times. Team universe provide a sacred, safe and nurturing environment for you to be you. I left there feeling full of energy and also lighter. Yes, we can do via zoom and it’s fairly simple to navigate in the online realm as well even with Reiki.

Initial Spiritual Therapeutic Processes with Xavier
This session is a large portion of history taking mixed with initial therapy. It can be any of the following modalities or a combination of them: Timeline Therapy, Psychotherapy, Hypnosis, Coaching/Mentoring, NLP, Counselling or Reiki.
This session is for anyone 13 and older and is for New Clients or Existing Clients that either have a New Sign or Symptom or want to work on something new. OR it has been longer than 3 months since the last appointment.
Initial Spiritual Therapeutic Processes for Children with Xavier
This session will be a an intial consult for your child in order for us to get a better understanding of each other and what your child's needs are. Treatment may be a range of things from Reiki to Art Interpretation and Expression to Psychotherapy or Clinical Hypnosis/ Meditation.
This session is also for Children who are existing clients but have either New signs or symptoms OR have not been in for 3 months or longer.
Children 12 and under only.
Past Life or Alternate Timeline Regression Therapy with Reiki
Many people view Past Lives from different lenses, so whether you feel as though you want to know more about your "Past Lives" or you would like to know more about your "Alternate Timelines" than this session is for you! This session has the potential to be an in depth look into the deepest parts of you and your lives before or your lives happening beside you right now. Combined with Reiki Energy Healing to keep the container sacred and allow for further healing.
Breakthrough Coaching with Xavier
Have a problem that you need immediate assistance in solving? Or you are looking for some guidance on what your next steps might be and how you would like to approach something? Than this session may be for you! During a breakthrough session we can tackle a problem together and sort out the nuts and bolts of how to approach the issue, whether its business or personal related.
Meditation with Chel
Chel works through your current problem by tailoring a 1:1 meditation that suits your specific needs. This helps guide you through your healing process. Each session is recorded and you receive an MP3 file to listen to at your leisure outside of your session with Chel. Each session includes an intention setting and ritual where Chel connects to your energy field and works with you and your guides.
Team Universe Psychic Reiki
Similar to a normal Reiki Session but includes having 2 practitioners! Both practitioners have a different connection to Source and have the capability of delivering messages from Source to you. You get double the energy, double the clearing, double the healing.
