I am writing this review to express my profound gratitude and admiration, for the exceptional legal team at Taylor & Scott Lawyers.
Whom recently represented me in a case against my ex-employer and a Workers Compensation insurer.
I found myself entangled in a distressing, traumatised situation, where the employer had falsely accused me of wrongdoing. The false allegations not only jeopardised my professional reputation and attacked my personal traits of truth and accuracy, but also left me without any essential Workers Compensation support. The insurer believing the same falsehoods as a bad faith reason to drop the cover. With cover dropped, the employer then ceased my employment agreement. Could it get worse?
I needed legal assistance fast and I was fortunate to discover Taylor & Scott. I was represented by an outstanding solicitor Kimberley Becker and barrister Phillip Perry.

My spouse and I applied for PR in 2017 as we both had health issues, Immigration advised us we are not eligible citing health reasons but gave us 28 days to explain why we should be granted residency. We made a random call to Taylor Scott and Andrew Woo gave a free consultation and he said he will take our case. He prepared a very impressive detailed report supporting our application and submitted to Immigration.
