T-A SQUARE is an award-winning architectural and interior design practice based in Melbourne. We also have satellite offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Established in 2007, the studio directors’ collective experience are equipped to work on projects ranging from small scale private residential homes and multi-unit townhouses to high rise developments, master planning, retirement living and aged care.

We normally will obtain / prepare design brief with the client and further develop it to ensure it meets client's expectations.

We have no special preference other than clean lines with singularity architectural language.

Yes we can provide services online through zoom. However, face to face meeting is always our preferred method of communication as it is more personal.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We regularly monitor any updates from Department of Health and ensure our company always follows their Covid-19 Safe Rules at all times. Hand sanitizers and disposable masks are available for use if required.
Architectural Design
T-A Square designs each unique project according to client's brief, budget and context. Each design we conceive is an opportunity to respond intelligently to a unique set of circumstances and to redefine the existing built environment. Construction Documentation
Our current team in T-A SQUARE have many years in the construction industry and all our documentation complies with Australia National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards (AS). We also have strong network of building consultants to ensure the documentation process be as efficient and accurate as possible. We also have internal Quality Assurance (QA) protocols internally to ensure the team delivers according to brief and budget.
Interior Design (Retail)
Our hospitality clients enjoy the benefit of our complete service offering, with everything taken care of from beginning to end. Our design solutions are tailored specifically to be cost effective and provide better returns. We are capable at aligning budgetary parameters while maintaining quality and scope, due to the extensive construction and cost knowledge within our diverse high calibre team in T-A SQUARE.
Interior Design (Residential)
We have dedicated interior team that will be able to work with clients / developers to ensure we meet their design brief. The design process with clients is such that we will deal in every meeting with high esteem for good design quality outcome. In every of our presentation, client will get to enjoy the process of selecting colours and finishes with our experienced interior designers and the formulation of the design outcome in successful collaboration with personal touch.
3D Visualisation
Our team has 3d capability in order to provide client the best 3d experience through our design presentation in the most realistic manner. The process of producing visual renders with clients / agents is such that we can communicate the design to the purchasers, not only on the design quality but also the experiential value of the work itself.
Contract Administration
Our team in T-A SQUARE has many years in the construction industry dealing with builders and consultants. The key to successful outcome of construction is producing a strong construction documentation with mutually strong team communication structure to ensure builder is building correctly. Such process will require an experienced superintendent to oversee the construction and claim assessments from builders. Clients / developers shall enjoy our monthly updates about their projects throughout the construction phase.
Project Management
Given that we have more than 30 years of experience in projects of all typologies and scales, we have the relevant project management skills to ensure that you are properly guided and informed in every milestone and decision making process. We have the means to connect and manage all relevant project stakeholders in order to ensure a good outcome of the project.
