Worst experience I have ever had trying to leave a gym in my life. I have been to multiple gyms through out the years and surge has to be by far the most difficult gym to leave. They will draw this process out for as long as they possibly can, trying to get every last cent they can from you. There was confusion originally with the leaving process and I accepted I hadn’t read an email properly to begin with, however after going in and signing the necessary paperwork to finalise my cancellation and being told the payments would stop, they have once again continued to charge. I will never suggest surge to anyone ever again More...
