A wonderful company I can't recommend them highly enough! Sadly I initially called someone else who came and didn't even open my gas space heater to look at it (I'd explained the issue thoroughly over the phone) AND still charged me more than this company! This guys are awesome, genuine, transparent and honest. I am extremely happy with Fabian & Christian's friendly professionalism, and Angela's patience over the phone calls and FB chats. Earlier we have been advised to replace unit or go for major repairs by other companies, but finally lucky to have Supercool look at the issue and fix it on the spot. Highly recommend them.
