What do you love most about your job?
The fact that we can offer the Client a more economical way of repairing their pipes without having to dig up floors, concrete, pavers, driveways etc. I just love it when we can help someone that has been quoted over & $10k to do works and we offer then a solution that is only a quarter of this cost in most cases. I also love thinking outside of the box.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I actually took over the family plumbing business that had been around for over 50 years. After finding that digging and replacing pipes in new PVC hard work and very expensive, I went overseas to find a better more economical way of repairing pipes. I brought back some ideas and then created pipe Relining for NSW Domestic households over 30 years ago. I love solving problems and helping people save money.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm highly regarded and known in the pipe repair industry in NSW and am also a Contractor for Sydney Water. For about 20 years we were the only ones that Lined pipes in NSW and it has taken about this long to master the process. Now there are other inexperienced companies trying to Reline but with minimal experience, they are charging more. Basically, they are dealing with the same problems we had so like us have another 20 years to improve themselves.
There is nothing I haven't seen, nor fixed. I have being dealing with Councils and Sydney Water and I can manage to help as best I can in claiming from these entities or finding a solution.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have implemented a Safety Covid-19 plan and ensure employees are trained in the area of hygiene etc
Pipe Relining
Repairing pipes without digging. Basically, placing a new pipe within an old pipe (similar to a Stent).
CCTV Survey
A camera is used to see the problem and offer recommendations. It is also used to make sure the problem has been solved.
High-Pressure Waterjet
Used to clean a sewer or stormwater pipe
Pipe Repair
We can repair all types of pipes and sizes either by Relining, Lining, Patch Lining or replacing with new PVC piping.
