What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
First, the Lighting, we are good at using natural light, location scouts and bring the clients to the right spots is the first thing.
Second, Atmosphere & Mood, we know our clients are not trained models, it is the photographer job to make clients relax and pose naturally in front of the camera. Our aim is to capture the happiness, joy and fun: real moments with real emotion.
Third, the techniques and appropriate equipments. Our team will work with talk to you to know your style before the shootings, and prepare the right equipments for the shoot.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Starlight Productions was born in 2015, but long before then it existed in the form of hobby and passion. Today we are still guided by that passion and don't do this just as a way to get by or punch the clock. We have intense love for people and their love stories, for moving pictures and for still pictures. The emotions that can be conveyed by combining these elements keep us excited with each event.
Every couple is unique, every location is different and every day is new. We strive to capture all the real, natural and beautiful moments that will last forever, and retain a sense of newness that will shine through all the years.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide free masks, hand sanitiser for clients to use before the shooting. All our staffs are double-vaccinated and will wears masks on site.

Wedding cinematography
With our experience in editing for wedding films, a 3 - 8 mins highlights final edit for a whole day wedding would be most interesting to watch that your family members and friends would not start to feel bored and start to chat when watching the film. So many video operators in the market will try to tell you that you can get all the raw video of your big day and even try to sell a long version video in much bigger price. But the fact is, to compress a whole day wedding without missing important details into 10 mins is much more work on editing than just edit 90 mins full day video.

Wedding Videography
Our wedding videography packages provide an option for couple that are with a tighter budget but still want to have a video recording of their important day. Our wedding videography package starts from $980. The main difference of this package is our videographer will do less planned scenery shooting (e.g Love letter reading, First look shots) which require more pre-planning discussion with the couple before the wedding. Secondly, the wedding videography package include basic videography gear: DSLR camera/Camcorder, one LED video lighting and tripod. Also, videography package will provide a simpler documentary style editing approach, which usually in chronological order. It may not as exciting as our Wedding Cinematography products but surely our videography will still do the best to capture the moment on your big day.
We will travel to your destination anywhere in the world, working with you to ensure your memories are captured. Your wedding is all about you!
Family Portraiture
No matter the size of your family, everyone in it has a unique spot designed to make a whole unit of love, friendship and support. Some families are large with lots of children, some have fur babies, and some are just a happy couple wanting to celebrate their unique family with portrait photography.
We work with you to capture who you are as a family unit with all your unique personalities. We love helping your little ones feel comfortable in front of the camera… which helps Mum and Dad relax and enjoy, too!
