Great cleaning services, work well with you and understand what your requirements are. I utilise them for business offices and house cleans, we roster deep cleans and standard cleans at alternate visits for the same hours to keep the bill the same but ensure all cleaning needs are attended to regularly. 👍

Spotless Cleaning has been coming to clean my house for 3 years. Jules is a very professional cleaner. She turns up on time 100% of the time, wears a uniform, is always hardworking and very thorough. There has never been an ounce of damage or disrespect for my property. The products used smell beautiful and leave a fresh smell for up to 24 hours after the clean. If you want a fast, efficient, reliable company to clean your home/work space then I can't recommend Spotless Cleaning enough. DO NOT PAY before you thoroughly inspect her work ! My disabled husband and I had to spend 9 hours fixing up her attempt at "spotless cleaning". Oven and blinds etc were not cleaned, I could go on and on! Juilieann refused to return and fix the problems before inspection ! and then claimed she wasnt responsible as she used sub contractors. And yes, we have photographic proof! So I would definitely not recommend this company unless you are prepared for arguments and losing your bond! More...

My first experience with spotless cleaning was good but second time I asked for a detailed clean at $45 an hour which is fine but not all rooms vacuumed, daughters play room half vacuumed, ensuite shower not cleaned properly (orange tinge in grout which easily come off was still there), the oven was cleaned but in between where the racks slide in there’s oven cleaner still in there. Not an issue of time because initially was charged 3.5 hours and cleaner did not let the boss know she was only there for 3 (charges were fixed) When I told the owner she apologised as the cleaner was new and would speak to her but still left with a house that I had to finish off cleaning and paid to dollar for a new person to do a detailed clean.
