Arrive early and was kind of the young man at the front office to check us in with sincerity of the smile and politeness.we was impressed with the attention we got so we spend most our time in the hotel lazy day at the pool .having buffee dinner tonite and then splash ourself with a few glasses of wine after dinner .That how we feel your staff made us want to be here .only one day but what a wonderful day .love it . Stopped in for a glass (or 2) of Veuve D’Argent whilst in the city, cannot comment on the rooms but the young lady in the bar was so friendly and helpful and the Veuve D’Argent went down very easily on a hot humid Brisbane summer day

Another amazing break for our family at The Sofitel. It was a "special" birthday for me and within moments of checking in, chocolates and chilled wine were delivered! Further beautiful and thoughtful gifts at breakfast the next morning too. Without exception, each and every Staff member goes the extra mile and there are so many special touches that always guarantee a great stay.
