The owner of this business Shane, is absolutely rude, arrogant, irresponsible and doesn't care about his prospects. His business practice is extremely poor. He doesn't keep his word. He would say that he'd call us back and never would, till we'd follow up with him multiple times. Shane broke his word on multiple occasions, saying that he would email us the invoice, while we were eager to pay for a motorbike, while he kept stalling, making excuses like he had no internet, yet he'd msg us on Instagram using his phone data to tell us so, 48 hours after he said he would send us the email mind you, and oh btw, those Instagram msgs from him were in response to our multiple follow ups. Shane was very rude in his way of communicating, he would rather text than call and do business over the phone, unless you insisted. We wanted to buy a motorbike off him, yet he didn't care and didn't proceed with the sale (as inconsistently) as he said he would. We do NOT recommend Smoked Garage to anyone for motorbike purchases. Do NOT buy a motorbike from them - if their pre-sales service is this pathetic, flakey and dishonest, imagine what their after-sales service is like. In fact, Shane is a classic case study of how NOT to behave as a business owner and how NOT to care for your prospects, and how NOT to do business. An extremely extremely disgusting and disappointing experience with Shane and Smoke Garage. PS: They were also misleading with the motorbike they advertised on their site. Because, the current condition of the motorbike, doesn't match that of the bike shown in the pictures on their website. We discovered that the photos are from 2019 when the motorbike was built. If we hadn't to ask, Shane wouldn't have mentioned anything. Luckily we asked him to send current pictures and a video clip of the bike, which he did on Instagram with an "expire upon view" setting. So basically, after we clicked on the images and video, they disappeared after viewing them once. He said he was going to resend us the pics and video, which of course didn't happen, because Shane doesn't keep his word! Enough said! More...

recently had my bike in for major custom changed to find out by another bike company that its well and truly dangerous and should not be on the road I can not be anymore serious when I say smoked garage are dangerous and could not care about anyone but the money that comes into the shop dangerous and un reliable
