I worked with Michael for the last couple of months on a strategy to improve the performance of one of our member services, we offer.
The project consisted of a member survey, several online meetings and a final report written by Michael for our board.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to thrive. I also enjoy the flexibility that comes with working for myself.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for 20 years as a consultant in the corporate world (which I enjoyed immensely) but without the rigidity.
Why should our clients choose you?
Good listener and organiser. Full of ideas (not all are brilliant admittedly, but even the bad ones trigger good responses by my clients). I will keep you accountable to do what you said you would.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I like to meet in person, but that has become a little bit more difficult recently. Naturally our business has addapted fully to the current cirumstances and offers remote adivice via any online platform you are accustomed to.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Following current government prescribed rules with regards to conduction training and in person meetings. Most sessions are conducted remotely at the moment.

Based on your requirements we can design a business plan together that has all the bells and whistles (and will make your bank manager cry) or go for the "lean" version if all you want is a benchmark for yourself to go by.
