It’s only a “bodybuilding” gym.. everyone in there is massive I’d be intimidated... If you are someone who judges something before you try it this gyms not for you. But if your willing to try something and find for yourself that this place is the best GET IN HERE ASAP ITS GOT EVERYTHING! Weights and more machines to poke a stick at Fitness room/ cardio den Woman’s area Kids area... What can’t you do here? Sit on a couch that’s about it If you think people in here are looking or a staring they’re ADMIRING anyone bettering themselves is worth a look they’re proud of your effort! I bring my girlfriend and kids here and I really think it doesn’t get enough credit and people trying the place, the OWNER danny and STAFF are something special! bloody awesome gym, super super clean. both times parent and I train the staff were absolutely lovely!. heaps of cleaning wipes around gym. toilets were super clean. everyone was training with towels and wiping down equipment. lots of equipment to play with!. great music!. More...
