What do you love most about your job?
Guiding my clients to the outcome they work so hard to achieve and seeing the change in them. This is also very rewarding for me. I love that they return when they need a refresher and touch base with me
What inspired you to start your own business?
Throughout my life and even prior to becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist, I have had the privilege of being very fortunate to meet so many beautiful strangers who would start a conversation with me (it didn't matter where I was). For many years this occurred, perfect strangers seemed to somehow make a connection with me (and they still do). I love my work

I find it easy to quickly build rapport with my clients so they feel safe, and committed to make change at their own pace
