We would ask a number of questions to a client which may include any of the following;

What do you love most about your job?
I love that every day is something different and no two days are alike. The digital landscape is constantly changing so our knowledge needs to keep expanding. Challenging ourselves to continue to do better and come up with better solutions for our clients is what drives us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt that there were too many people selling dreams without following through. The digital landscape was particularly challenging for clients to understand what was going on. Our business formed on the concept that we wanted to provide an honest and transparent advice and be a partner with the business. Clients should know what they were getting and we would be driven by results.
Why should our clients choose you?
We operate in a transparent and honest way that is focused on our results. We are accountable for our results and have a long history in delivering for our clients. In fact, to this day we have never lost a client.

As we are in the digital game, yes we can provide our services online/remotely.
We have delivered a large number of projects this way so being able to do business in person (which is always nice!) isn't the only option.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For the most part we are currently operating remotely so without any contact with our clients directly in person. When we do go in person we will take the relevant precautionary actions including masks and social distancing as required.
