We have passion for food and cooking. We offer an Argentinean influenced menu, with BBQ Asado (ribs), chorizos, chicken, churros, refreshments and salads. For information and enquiries www. senorbbq.com

We specialise in country weddings, private and corporate parties and themed events.
We look after every aspect, from the charcoal BBQs, waiters, through to decoration and entertainment.

We cook traditional Argentinean BBQ, which is slow cooking on charcoal (we have custom made grills).
We bring a self contained cooking operation: marquee, tables for prep, charcoal grills, etc. Will need an area of 3x4.5m or 3x6m (preferred). Please let us know if we can access the cooking area with our trailer.

We can bring a sound system or just an Ipod with a playlist of Contemporary Latin grooves.

For $36 per person we can offer the following "eat all you want" Menu:

- Beef ribs (asado)*
- Chicken wings*
- Chorizo (Argentinean sausage, 80% beef and 20% pork)*
- Mix salad (lettuce and tomatoes)
- Crusty bread (for gluten free bread ad $2)
- Chimichurri* sauce, click here to watch the recipe

Then you can add @ $7 per item per person:

- Russian salad (potatoes, carrot, peas and mayonnaise)*
- Empanadas (meat or vegetarian* pastries)
- Ceviche (Peruvian fish dish)

Desserts:
- Churros with dulce de leche. @ $8 per 3 units serve.

This quote includes environmentally conscious disposable napkins, plates and cutlery.
We calculate around half a kilo of meats per person. (from North Carlton Quality Meats).

We can hire wooden boards, knives and forks at $4pp.

There is a set up fee of $100 and a fee of $70 per hour of travel each way (from Glenhuntly base).

This $34pp menu includes a chef and assistants that will set up, cook and serve the food buffet style. Then pack up and leave the space as clean as before arriving.
We can provide waiters, bar staff with RSA and set up crew for $40 per hour.
Minimum spend $1400 (plus GST)
