I started training with AK recently. My main motivation was injury management (with a side of weight loss!) I love being active but I suffered from multiple injuries including bulging disc, sprained and fractured ankle, severe shoulder pain and bi-lateral, grade 2 quad tears. I started training once a week, 11 weeks later, I now train 2 times per week and my body feels amazing! Ongoing back pain is a thing of the past, I feel stronger than I have in years!
