While out of work with an injury it was most important I sought the help of a professional to help redirect my plan to my goals. Sarah knew what I needed and what I valued within very little time. I did not need to explain much about my complex needs as one word was enough for her to draw on the abundance of resources and action plans I desired. Sarah was absolutely amazing at every pivot I needed to make due to the injury and she knew how to help me achieve my short term goals and my long term goals. It can be really hit and miss with a business coach. I was a little wary about booking one for myself but knew that I needed help. I had exhausted my partner with all the ideas, the plans, the changes in relation to my business and I really needed someone to bounce ideas off. I was thinking a business coach could help in the sense that I could simply bounce ideas off them and they could keep me accountable. Sarah was SO much more than this. She came into my life like she was meant to be in it and guided me through breakthrough after breakthrough. My revenue increased and it kept building. Unfortunately COVID hit and things have been put on hold for a little but I can happily say that I am looking forward to working with Sarah again as soon as I can! The huge bonus that I didn't know I was going to get was that I felt myself step into the business person I wanted to be. What do you love most about your job?
To me, being a coach is so much more than helping my clients create a strategy, it's about the ripple effect our work together creates in the long run. It's about the relationship that forms between myself and my client and that they know I'll always have their back, even when the contract ends.
As I come from a creative background myself as a makeup artist, I am obsessed with the creative process. I adore diving into industries that aren't my own and learning about the ins and outs. I take masterclasses on photography, art history, interior design, sustainable fashion and editorial looks frequently.
And honestly I think ONE of my favourite things has to be that I get to embrace that creative space again. I get to see the projects my clients work on, the art they create, the shoots they're involved in, the new equipment they get, I love it all.
I am so passionate about the creative industries and I adore the entire process. To be able to work alongside clients who are so skilled and guide them into that next level of growth is not only exciting, but incredibly humbling that I get to be apart of that journey with them.
Sometimes I actually feel like the mum from mean girls in the jingle bell rock dance scene because I get THAT excited watching my clients smash their goals.
So yeah, you can definitely say I love what I do.

Absolutely! Majority of my clients are now online and held via zoom. I have clients both nationally and internationally.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Moved my 1:1 coaching predominantly online. If locally based, we can meet at a coffee shop however check ins are mandatory, social distancing is in place and hand sanitisation is essential. If a client or myself is ill meetings will be held online.
