I came across Sarah by complete chance, but I truly believe our paths crossed for a purpose and that I was destined to connect with her. I wanted to see a hypnotherapist to help me with losing weight, it had previously worked on me with smoking, and I was in a bit of a plateau with my weight and with my life as it turned out. After a few sessions with Sarah, it was obvious there was so much to my life that I could use her guidance with. After only 1 session focusing on self-belief, and many other sessions on motivation, confidence, love, sleep, being a parent, business and my future. I am feeling unbelievable relieved about how I see myself, how I love myself, and my future. I am looking forward to seeing how things will progress for me, using the tools Sarah has gifted me, and relying on the work I’m also prepared to put in myself. Sarah has a gentle and encouraging voice that is so easy to listen to. She is a calming yoga instructor (although it can be a decent workout too! ).
