Yes, we are an online counselling services. All sessions are conducted via Zoom or similar secure video-conferencing platforms.

We are an online counselling practice which means you can access our professional service from the privacy of your own safe space wherever you are located.
Individual Counselling (Face-to-Screen via Zoom)
Life is filled with highs and lows. Sometimes, there are seasons when we experience more lows than highs. The good news is that you don't have to face the tough stuff of life alone.
Counselling happens when time is set aside to explore and unpack the tough stuff in a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space. At Samway Counselling Services, exactly such a safe space is provided for you.
You won't be told that what you’re doing is wrong or what you should be doing—but you will be listened to without judgment and your views and beliefs respected.
Zoom sessions are available at a time that suits you. A link will be sent to you once booking is made.
Individual (Face-to-Face / In Person)
While our main focus is online counselling (via Zoom), we do realise that some clients prefer an 'in-person' option where you can meet with your Counsellor in a physical counselling room. Samway is now happy to offer this service. Please make contact with us to discuss further.
