We are a family operated, and owned boutique office. We make sure we know you, your property and the tenants, and work in your best interest at all times. Personalised service is guaranteed. We do not have a huge rent roll, and the same person who finds your tenant, looks after the entire management process from start to finish. No more having to speak to multiple agents within the same company about different aspects of your property.

We guarantee you will be happy with our service, and so we offer you the first 3 months free management fees, so you can rest easy. After the initial 3 months, we then offer you 6.5% management fee.

We complete routine inspections every 12 weeks (not every 17 weeks like some agencies), to ensure your property is being taken care of and in good condition at all times.
