DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their website mentions delivery however my Valentines Day flowers NEVER got delivered! This place is an absolute joke! Based off the reviews there were many unhappy customers yesterday. It is their biggest day of the year and they can’t get it right - shouldn’t be in business and shouldn’t be in the highly prestigious location of the QVB building. More...

It's after 10:30pm on Valentines Day and the 12 roses I paid $143.99 for never arrived for my wife. I am devastated as this was meant to be special for my wife as a new mum. I have sent multiple emails and called and left a message on the QVB store answering machine and no response. Meanwhile when I press 1 to connect to head office it says "Your call cannot be connected". Dodgy as. I am absolutely devastated and demand a full and immediate refund. Order #8204. More...

DO NOT EVER ORDER ROSES FROM THIS COMPANY. I PAID FOR A DOZEN ROSES AND EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR VALENTINES DAY. IT NEVER ARRIVED, DIDNT EVEN GET A PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING My partner ended up with no roses for Valentine’s Day, what an extreme disappointment. I strongly recommend do not risk ordering from them, it’s not about the money..it’s the fact it’s Valentine’s Day and you want to make your lover happy instead she got disappointment with no flowers. The fact they even had express shipping to be delivered before 4pm for an extra $25 or something and it’s now close to 7pm ... still have no phone calls... My partner is also pregnant and she was in hospital for 2 days recently as we are having some complications, it would’ve cheered her up Thank you for nothing and ruin our valentines day More...

7pm still no flowers. Can’t call head office as they disconnects their phone on purpose and no store is picking up their calls. Called a store and they said they could accommodate a address and told me that it was confirmed changed. Called back 6 hours later to find out it in fact did not change, when I called they said they would figure it out and call me back, waited an hour and they still haven’t called back and refuse to pick up their phone calls. I asked about my delivery and the representative told me that she could not find out where it was. I’m pretty sure you’re closed now and I will not receive what I paid for within the time frame I paid for it to arrive in. More...
