My partner and I have been doing the 12 week program with Gab and she has been extremely helpful and patient, especially with our questions in regards to the class, fitness and weight-loss. She has also kept us motivated and we've been consistent for 5 weeks now of doing training with her. Would highly recommend the programs she offers, as its great for people for both beginners and for people who have spent more time in the gym. It is also great value for what you receive. More...

There is no secret. It takes hard work, consistency and persistence.

I love helping people. I love seeing the look on my clients faces when they achieve things they never thought they could, and most of all I love seeing the mental shift in all of my clients.

I started my business at the age of 18. After my dad had a serious work accident, leaving him with life long disability, I realised how short life is and went for what I wanted in life. Since a young age I have always wanted to be a PT, being surrounded by sport I learnt a lot about my job from a young age and I had all the confidence I needed after getting qualified and working in the industry as a CrossFit Coach for 3 years.

I believe so much in the power of movement. The benefits are amazing not only physically but also mentally. My exclusive and private studio offers all you need to achieve your goals and with my guidance you will achieve things you never thought you could. I didn't really need to make many changes as I was already practicing great hygiene and cleanliness in my studio. I make sure to wipe down all equipment between clients with disinfectant, mop and vacuum regularly and sanitise my hands between every client.

My exclusive and private studio is perfect for those who are too intimidated to walk into a big gym. Relentless gives you the privacy to achieve your goals with no distraction.

We provide:
- Free Consultation and Health and Body assessment along with a nutritional analysis
- Weekly personal training sessions (1 hour each) and nutrition advice. Each session is personalised to you and your goals.
- 24/7 phone and email support
- Relentless Members Page to help you stay accountable
- Quality coaching from a Qualified Personal Trainer

We specialise in strength and conditioning, helping people come back from injury and assisting with rehab with constant communication with your physio or other health professional, those who want to learn how to lift weight and those wanting to get fitter and stronger!

As a Relentless Member you have unlimited access to classes (R-Fit and ROMWOD) 6 days a week.

My R-Fit class is our strength and conditioning classes. Each session involves a strength section usually an olympic lifting movement, squatting, deadlifting or accessory/body building work. This is then followed by a more cardio based section ranging from HIIT to endurance and everything in between! All of these sessions are coached by me to ensure proper technique and so you can hit the intent of the session.

The ROMWOD class is our mobility and stretching class held once a week to aid your recovery.

Our Open Group PT class, starting next week, will be bootcamp/HIIT style. No barbells just you (some DB's, a box, maybe even a KB) against the workout!

I am constantly searching for ways to make everyone's experience at Relentless the best and give my clients and members as many opportunities as possible to achieve their goals.

This is specifically for PT clients or people who want to be be involved in group training without the weekly membership commitment...pay as you go.

At $15 extra each class this will allow you to come to your Personal Training session with me, then throughout the week join in on our Open Group PT sessions. They will be catered to everyone booked into the class so even if you have an injury they are still for you as we will work around it! This also allows my PT clients to meet some like-minded people to help you on your way to your goals.

This is a great affordable way for Personal Training clients who have their weekly 1-on-1 sessions to get that extra 1 or 2 sessions in each week.
Relentless Membership people are also welcome to these classes which are included in your membership with no extra charge.

My online coaching service is for experienced functional fitness athletes who want more structure with their training, accountability and 24/7 support.

With weekly technique analysis, food diary check ins and programming this is that extra push you need to achieve your goals.

At a larger gym in Penrith I run kids (5-9), Pre - Teens (10-14) and Teens (15-18) classes where they learn the fundamentals of fitness, proper lifting technique and learn life long skills all whilst having fun!
