We cultivate an eclectic blend of Person Centered Counselling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic therapies. It all comes back to what each individual needs, as we are all so unique and therefore need different approaches within the therapeutic modules.
