Initially I was hesitant to proceed. But I agreed after in-depth discussion of my goal to pass my clinical exam. I had 12 valuable sessions on performance. 6 in person and 6 online. My son embarked on a double degree in Environmental and Marine Science - a very competitive industry for Post-Graduates. As a result of his unsuccessful applications for internships, I sort the services of an interview coach to provide him with the best opportunity for success in his chosen field of study. I contacted Reinventure Australia after searching online.
Sue, the Director of Reinventure, telephoned promptly and listened to my concerns (as a mother and observer) and also, captured a snapshot of my son's disposition in relation to both academic and social standing. This enabled Sue to identify the most suitable person/employee she could offer to assist. We are based in Perth and Reinventure is based in South Australia. Meetings were conducted by zoom, which effectively also provided more experience in the digital world of interviewing.
The result of engaging in the services of Reinventure was complete support from both Sue and Delwin (the chosen employee of Sue as the best person for the job). Delwin was available adhoc to my son and they coordinated meetings, as needed and appropriate. Essentially, Delwin was at my son's disposal for all support related to the application process from personal presentation, digital footprint, networking opportunities and most importantly, debriefing support when challenged by unsuccessful endeavors.
I watched my son flourish with confidence under Delwin's guidance and as a result of six months of support, my son was successful in obtaining a two-year Graduate program for a National Company. There were 188 applicants and only 2 were selected, one being my son.
I have no doubt my son would not have achieved this success without the assistance from Reinventure. Sue is a true professional who is able to triage the parent's concerns in collaboration with the student's standing. She certainly has the best team under her direction. It seems a lot to pay out in the beginning however, it has paid us back over and over with the success of a job. Thank you Sue for your outstanding service, we will always be grateful for your sincere, passionate approach to help young people succeed in their dreams.
