Why should our clients choose you?
I am a psychologist with 8 years experience supporting adults, young adults, and teenagers/children and their families across a number of government, education and disability services.
My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth and genuine. I aim to create a place where you feel comfortable, respected and able to be heard without judgement.
My practice blends elements from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Schema Therapy, attachment theory, and family systems therapy to provide treatment that meets each client's unique needs. I value feedback from my clients and I'm always happy to answer any questions you might have.
