Your health is extremely important. But your health is not the same as your weight. The reality is the diet culture has made you pre-occupied with being thinner than you are now. That’s a lot of time, energy and money wasted on the idea of being healthier. We have been fed lies through the BMI scale – a scale not ever meant to measure your health. If you’re in the overweight category – doesn’t mean you’re going to have health problems.

For many of us, the desire to lose weight is more about feeling comfortable in our own skin than health, and we will work on this in the programs. If you have specific health problems or quality of life concerns you feel are weight related, we will also address them in the programs.

Improving your mindset is exactly what we’re going to do together. Reaching your health, wellbeing, eating, physical activity and body image goals is like climbing a mountain. Improving your mindset lessens the slope of that mountain.

I understand how exhausting it is to have a dysfunctional relationship with the body you inhabit. Through this experience I aim to get you to see your body through a different lens. Your happiness, wellbeing and success in life are dependant on more than what you weigh. It’s time to realise that you are more than a number on the scales.

Rather than give you a one-size-fits-all answer, I will walk you step by step through how to find exactly what works for you as a unique individual. In this way, you’ll be working with yourself rather than against yourself, and that will make all the difference in the long run.

When you give up dieting, you will start to feel normal around food, and start to behave normally around food. Furthermore when you give up dietary restrictions your self esteem will improve. As you start to let go of the rules around food and start to learn how to trust yourself around food, your self esteem will improve and as your self esteem improves you’ll gain more confidence in eating what your body wants. As you learn how to eat intuitively and tap back into your body’s wisdom, you will access all that wisdom that you body already has to achieve its natural weight. Then it will become SO much easier to achieve your natural weight.

1:1 coaching is limited. Our conversations are personal and intimate. The space I hold for each client is unique. The investment of energy is protected, which is why I limit how many one on one clients I bring on each month.

I help men and women to create permanent change. And that starts with realising that weight loss and the perfect body won’t actually fix all your problems.

It’s realising that freedom, balance, peace, calm and quality of life are more important than anything. I help men and women get off the wagon, forever, and break the black and white cycle that controls their mood, sanity and worth. I help men and women create worth away from their weight, so that they can feel good not just temporarily, but for the long run, and because of who they are not just what they weigh.

Healing your relationship with food, your body and yourself means so many things. But for me and my clients, it means space. Space to enjoy your life, your friends, family, job, hobbies, interests, dreams, goals, and small sacred moments. Everything you deserve to enjoy, and aren’t letting yourself right now. Dieting, controlling your food, and striving for the perfect body is simply exhausting. I want you to get your life back. I want you to find joy away from obsessing over food and weight.

1:1 coaching is all completed online. In all my programs I teach you the HOW, so you’ll become completely confident to keep doing this on your own, not just for the short-term, but forever. You’re not investing in a quick-fix you’re making an investment in YOU.
