I have been seeing Rachel for a little over a year and it has been wonderful. Rachel listens and understands what you are going through. Her non judgment support is why I would recommend her for anyone who is going through difficult times in there life. Rachel has helped me with my relationship problems and my addictions. I have gone on a walk and talk therapy with Rachel and found that very helpful and relaxing. Her massages are the best I’ve had. Feel so relaxed afterwards. While the virus had stop face to face support for a few weeks we did zoom online and that was still great to get the support still. What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people of all ages and all walks of life. I love finding out more about them and their families. I love when they leave happier and lighter than when they first arrived. I love when they discover solutions and strategies which enhance their lives and relationships. I love supporting a range of people in my community whether they are kids, families, couples or single.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 25 years working for big business in the marketing industry it was time for a change. A redundancy kicked started my idea of working for myself. I wanted to work more from the heart and a place of compassion rather than the egocentricity of large corporate business. It was time to put to use my training plus the experience of working with many different personalities and cultures.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am relatable, authentic, experienced and down to earth. My clients tell me I don't speak down to them and I am really there with them in each session. I feel like if I can establish similarities we are all less alone. Like anyone as old as me, (50!) I have experienced both the highs and lows of life, including relationship breakdowns, anxiety, depression, difficulties with family and burn out from stress. I have learned techniques and strategies in life and through studying which have been helpful to me and now I enjoy passing these on to my clients to further support them.
