How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
The diet is the backbone to health or disease. Nutrients found in food are the foundation to the body's complex pathwaysand the foundation to the actual physical composition of hormones, neurotransmitters and organs. Our food these days are so depleted in nutrients that is is very hard to aquire the sufficient about from simply food. Lifestyle factors also deplete nutrients and disrupt the gut and various nutri-chemical pathways needed for optimal functioning.
Modern food choices are often inflammatory which causes a cascade of trouble in the body, with conditions such as PCOS, acne, endometriosis, anxiety/depression, gut dysfunction, dementia and diabetes more prevalent that ever.
Start by fixing your food and lifestyle choices and you start fixing the foundation to your whole health and wellbeing.

Nutritional Medicine (Corrective & Preventative)
We are what we eat. Unfortunately what we eat today is not produced the same as what was produced 70 years ago. Our food is often highly inflammatory and this damages our gut and overall health. Understanding nutrition and knowing what to eat for YOU is really important.
