An experienced Gold Coast dietitian and nutritionist providing practical dietary solutions to assist with managing various physical and mental health concerns and nutritional needs. I use an individualised approach for each person, rather than providing generic advice that doesn’t suit everyone’s needs or lifestyle - Nutrition that’s the right fit for you. Some of my areas of expertise/ particular interest are: irritable bowel syndrome and other gut issues, mental health nutrition, and chronic disease management e.g. heart disease, stroke, diabetes (all types), liver diseases and arthritis. I provide in-office and video/ phone consultations and meal plans. Concession rates and Medicare/ private health rebates are available to those eligible.
