Honestly i was kinda scared going into SWF, maybe intimidated is a better word. At the time it looked like there was alot of big boy equipment and maybe two things i could handle myself. Ive now been going for 3 months with my awesome PT Kellie and i know 3 things for sure.. All the equipment there I and anyone can and do use, I will miss the gym and sessions when I finish up.. and SWF24/7 gym is not a male gym, its not an experienced gym its a gym for everyone and everyone in there is so nice and friendly and skilled. Highly recommend More...
