⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We couldn’t recommend Primus Home Loans enough!! The service that Mel and Alicia provided was amazing. Being first home buyers was daunting and a scary process (well which we first thought), you were professional, informative and so helpful throughout the whole process. We were lucky enough to find a house and within a week, you ladies had secured it for us, offering valuable information on the property and securing it at a fantastic price, in a location which we didn’t think was possible for us being FHB. Mel provided services to help negotiate with the seller taking the stress out on what to offer and not feel pressured to go over what our maximum limit was. Both Mel and Alicia made time after hours to suit our schedules to sit down and explain everything that we needed to know. Thank you, Alicia, for having the patience with all of our questions via emails and calls, you were happy to answer all of them (there was a lot!!), putting our minds at ease and making the process a lot less stressful.
