How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients by:
• Training with care, attention, and with a focus on correct technique and safety.
• Keeping them accountable to their weekly goals and intentions.
• Providing ongoing support and advice on healthy eating and body management - stretching, mobility, recovery.
• Understanding each individual person and making the program specific to their needs and wants.
• Keeping it fun and light, and enjoying the work!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The body of your dreams takes alot of hard work and dedication! I wish it was easy but it's not. However, your ideal body can be achieved - through an active lifestyle, smart training sessions, eating well, sleeping well and generally looking after yourself. And repeating these things - forever! Feeling energised and ready for life and is a far better goal to have, in my opinion. Feeling good will mean looking good.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the camaraderie and the bond that can be created through a client/coach relationship.
I love the human movement aspect of being a PT. I'm obsessed with the human body, with what it can do and how we can get the most out of it. We live in an amazing organism - the human body! I pride myself on setting an example of being a strong, fit, flexibility human :)
I also love the rewarding feeling of seeing a positive change happen with a client. You can see the spirit of someone brighten when they start training their bodies and start looking after themselves. As a coach, seeing that is the best feeling.
