Gabrielle is amazing! She is so passionate about your health and is fully supportive every step of the way. She's goes above and beyond to really understand your needs. I was fortunate enough to be apart of Gabrielle Olga’s Plant Based Group, regarding learning to eat healthy.
I was completely blown away 🤯!
To start off with, she actually had everything meticulously planned out, right down to the grocery list! She also did daily menus (seiouly)! There were also many videos, explaining nutritional values of plant based foods, and answered any, and all questions that I had😊.
Gabrielle is sooo patient and did not judge where I was on my journey, because she knows it takes time(she’s so supportive) ❤️.
With Gabrielle’s humour and tons of knowledge, I was able to learn more than I could ever imagine, and feel so comfortable in the process. To this day, I’m still using her delicious recipes, which there are so many!
One of the best things I’ve done for myself in a very long time .. so grateful for the experience 😌❤️.

I came to see Gabrielle to overcome the blocks I had which were stopping me from restarting my singing career.
I was immediately put at ease by Gabbys calm and compassionate approach.
My fears around a new treatment were acknowledged and then addressed in a way that allowed me to open up and have trust that I was in a safe space to share my story and fears and receive the help I needed.
The timeline therapy was amazing, she uncovered things I had no idea were holding me back!

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Your brain needs a lot of nutrients to function and keep you well. Eating well helps to reduce the risk of physical health problems like heart disease and diabetes. It also helps with sleeping patterns, energy levels, and your general health.
You may have noticed that your mood often affects the types of food you choose, as well as how much you eat. Some foods can lift your mood, energy levels, and concentration, while others can have the opposite effect.
For example, eating lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains can reduce your risk of some mental health conditions such as depression, while eating foods that are high in sugar and saturated fat may increase your risk.
Having a healthy, balanced diet plays an important role in your overall health and wellbeing.
What do you love most about your job?
Hands down, nothing beats being a part of a person's health transformation. When health is handled, my clients generally experience an uplevelling in other aspects of their life including their relationships, self-confidence, mental wellness and overall sense of happiness and fulfillment. I am humbled and grateful to be a witness to these life-changing journeys.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Lifestyle related disease was the cause of early death of my father figure and almost claimed the life of my mother. To witness their anguish, pain and suffering and to learn it was completely avoidable made me a passionate advocate of plant-based nutrition.
After making my own successful transition to a plant-based way of eating 15 years ago led me to experience significant health benefits first hand that I couldn't ignore. I went on to complete certifications to help others experience the same.
Family members can never be replaced. A good quality of life is so important as age. My life's purpose is to help others live long and happy lives through good nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.

Trust and rapport are vital components to a successful client outcome. Just as every person isn't the right fit for us as a friend or mate, we won't always gel with every coach or therapist.

The recent pandemic has demonstrated that client success is not limited to in-person sessions which is why my preferred way to connect with clients is online. In some cases, we can meet up physically if that is your preference and in the rare cases that we live locally to one another.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
With my online appointments no Covid-19 requirements are necessary.
