Let me start by saying this, I've never seen anyone with more patience than Craig🧐. Allow me to give you some context. We hired a hall in Alexander and it's got 2 floors, one main area, and one stage. Craig comes along and gets ready to setup on the first floor, shortly after, he is told to get onto the stage to setup and so as a hard working individual, he wraps up and moves all his equipment onto the stage. Keep in mind he has to move his backdrop and his camera and his printer all up a flight of stairs before actually getting on to the stage. As he is about to complete his setup, he is then told again, to move, and guess where, TO THE FIRST FLOOR AGAIN😡😡. If that was me I'd punch the person I'm working for but Craig stayed cool, calm and collected. Not only does he move all his equipment back onto the first floor, he moves it with the most welcoming customer experience as if it doesn't even bother him at all. Craig’s communication from beginning to end was so helpful and took so much stress off my shoulders. He assisted us with a unique template that was so loved by our family and friends. Even on a stressful day, Craig handled it spectacularly with patience and helpfulness the whole time.
