Hi, I’m Teresa. I’m a relationship counsellor and practicing mental health nurse and I can offer you support and understanding to help you get through the difficult times in your personal life and to rediscover your relationship.

As both a counsellor and a mental health nurse, I have extensive experience working with clients struggling with all kinds of issues, such as addiction, depression, anxiety, separation, infidelity and the consequences of these on their relationships. I believe that meaningful relationships are central to living a contented and meaningful life.

At Perth Counselling, no matter what situation you’re facing in your relationship, I’m here to help you find a way through.

I specialise in couples in crisis, but counselling isn’t just for when things get really bad, I can help you develop relationship skills to prevent the breakdown of your relationship or marriage from enabling you to strengthen and enrich your lives together.

I’m dedicated to providing guidance and support to help you through your toughest conversations and heartfelt feelings on the most challenging issues you face in your relationship or marriage.

How much does counselling cost?
$140 for a one-hour session. $20 extra for After hours.

Which location can I book at? We offer Face to face counselling as well as remote counselling.
