What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help peopleIand to do it in a way that was different to what was being offered by other fitness providers.

For the face to face clients we follow social distancing, sanitise hands and constantly clean the equipment
Online group Fitness Training sessions
35 sessions online per week for $15 for unlimited sessions. Training online with a wonderful group of people who are supportive and friendly
