1000% agree with all the negative feedback. Can’t really give anything positive as there was none. So glad we changed strata managers. Curious (and struggle to understand) how they are still even running as a Strata Management company? More...

Has to be the worst strata company to deal with. Never replies to emails and when contacted by telephone they would promise to contact back which never happens. Escalation to the CEO means nothing, he doesn't respond at all which pretty much explains how the whole company is run. The slogan you have on this fb page is an absolute joke. practice what you preach Avoid this company at all costs More...

In over 20 years of dealing with strata managers, this company creates a new definition of incompetence. A revolving door of strata 'managers', no response to continual BAU requests, numerous basis yet serious compliance issues not attended to (leaving us in breach of the Act on numerous levels), non-existent and laughably inaccurate minutes (we now have garages? ). The only time that anyone visited the property was for the AGM, and that person left the business within days. Contractors engaged to do work on the property almost walked away as their credit rating is so poor they didn't want our business. They could not even manage a single email to all current owners such is the poor record keeping and handover as each new strata manager sees the writing on the wall and runs for the door.... Thank goodness we were able to terminate them based on seven different breaches of contract (there were more) although they hung on the bitter end without the good grace to accept the offer of an early separation.
