What do you love most about your job?
Making a difference to the lives of leaders and watching them take the reins to unlock the greatness that is within. Seeing leaders grow, evolve, change and shift to achieve their goals and objectives. That uplifts me everytime.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to start my own business and after 20 years in corporate senior leadership roles spending much time away from family travelling weekly, I knew it was time to become more balanced and purposeful. We also own multiple businesses from start-up and there is no greater joy than watching something you dreamed about flourish and contribute positively to the community. Additionally, I had always received positive feedback about my leadership style and the results I was able to achieve in turning teams around and the start-up of new services. So I thought I would put this all together, and PeopleQ was born. I am truly passionate about making a difference to leaders. I know how stressful the role can be, particularly when you are dealing with complex teams across multiple geographies and leading leaders.
Why should our clients choose you?
I come with experience in corporate leadership roles and experience coaching 100s of leaders, but more importantly I dont do this for me, I do it to make a difference which means I am passionate about you and what you need from me.

Yes, I use zoom, Microsoft teams and google. Zoom is my go to option, but I can be flexible depending on the systems you have access to.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Zoom, social distancing, masks, COVID exposure area disclaimers and I am fully vaccinated.
