Jess has been my PT for around 6 months now. She is fantastic, she listens to your goals and tailors every workout to achieve them.
Considering I only get to train with Jess once a week we are smashing my goals, building my strength and confidence and just making me feel great.
Would highly recommend her for both male and female tailored programs to suits your fitness goals.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I keep them focused and hold them accountable with monthly measurements and weigh ins. I also make sure I'm available for my clients, even if its only to answer a small question.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Working out. I'm not a big believer in counting calories and always feeling like your on a "diet". Those days you know you haven't eaten well are the days you need to push yourself the hardest.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my clients get results. I always try make my workouts fun and enjoyable so getting my clients to see results whilst having fun is the best !!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My personal trainer decided she no longer wanted to do it. My friend and I were devasted. I wanted to safely train my friend and I without causing injury. I decided to do the course and kinda just went from there.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer first class free purely for this reason. Clients need to be inspired and feel comfortable with their trainer. If the client doesnt feel like Im the one they want on their fitness journey then no money loss.
