Worst consultant we have dealt with. They offer a full refund of the consultancy fee on their website if unsatisfied. After booking the consultation we were first greeted by an email that was addressed to another client.
They then asked us all for details that were nothing to do with our case. We then started receiving whatsapp messages asking for more information and kept requesting documents that were requested in the email. As there were a few documents to get it took a couple of hours to find them all. During that time I kept getting hounded by more messages requesting these documents for a certain time. The consultation was booked for the following day at 6pm and we had plenty of time but didn't appreciate the added pressure. It should have stated that prior to booking the consultation we should have certain documents ready if they are this persistent.
We then had a consultation with someone we could barely understand which made everything more confusing. We were told we would receive a follow up email and a quote within a couple of days after for the consultation, yet didn't receive it for 10 days. The quote we received for this particular visa was more than 20% more than stated on their website, which means we got suckered into a consultation fee under false pretences. Also annoyingly the quote was addressed to the wrong name again, after correcting them multiple times.
We requested the refund and was refused as apparently there is something in their policy that once the consultation has ended, no refund will be accepted. I never saw this or was emailed this, I've searched more through the website since and have found nothing. I argued for the refund further but were denied and were informed that we got it at a discounted rate anyway so should be grateful. The consultation fee was $150, they suggested we only paid $100, but I have 3 references to us actually paying $150 including bank statements. They are so disorganised, I would never trust them with a visa application. Visa applications can be tricky and detail is super important, One derland are 0% detail oriented and it would be very risky to put your faith into them. I received a reply email from an older email chain 5 minutes after requesting the refund talking to me as if I were someone else, they had no awareness that the two email chains were to the same person. The email address and names were the same so there's no excuse for this.

Although Indah and Musria were competent and very nice to work with, and we acknowledge their efforts in a difficult time with Borders closed; there were frequent errors with English and Documents being sent to Border Security. The migration process was very complex however Indah and Jamie made it a simple as could be and were always extremely courteous and extremely helpful.

We love onederland immigration it helps us when we were struggling with the visa i came to Australia in 2017 on business visitor visa (subclass 600) then i overstayed for couple of months we were so worried because my case was so complicated but i really thankful to Indah Melindasari who gave me a hope and told me there is a way i can apply..all i did just followed whatever they asked for and provide them with all the documents like pictures, joint account,payslips etc but no phone calls, no interview. We were shocked But we feel relieved now.

ONEderland consulting are extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Even with the burden of the pandemic they achieved 100% success rate when it came to visas and exemptions for my wife, son and step son.
They applied offshore (Indonesia) and within 1 month of the application being sent they all achieved there documents to enter Australia.
